These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coloring Book for Adult mobile application (“Application”), provided by Talip Böke (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License and Restrictions

The Application is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code
• Use the Application for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes
• Remove or alter proprietary notices

All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

2. Freemium / In-App Purchases

The Application may offer in-app purchases such as premium features or content. All payments and refunds are handled by the relevant app store and subject to its policies.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value outside the Application.

3. Third-Party Services and Analytics

By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed by third-party services:

• OneSignal / Adapty – notifications and in-app purchase management (if enabled)

4. Network, Device & Usage Responsibility

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including data loss, revenue loss, device issues, or third-party services.

7. Updates, Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify the Application or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Access may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
