Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Video Subtitle Maker mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Talip Böke (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License and Restrictions

The Application is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it. You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify or distribute the Application or any part of it;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the Application;
• Create derivative works based on the Application;
• Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Application (including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics and logos) remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

3. Freemium Model and In-App Purchases (Coins)

The Application is offered as a freemium service: you can download and use it for free, and optionally purchase additional features or content inside the Application.

In particular, the Application may offer:

• Consumable coin packages that can be spent inside the app (for example, to unlock certain actions or features);
• Non-renewable coin packages or bundles that grant access to certain features or credits for a limited period or limited usage, without automatic renewal.

All payments are processed by the app store (such as Apple’s App Store) under their own terms. The Service Provider does not store your full payment information and cannot directly issue refunds; any refund requests must be handled through the app store’s refund process where allowed by their policies.

Coins and other in-app virtual goods:

• Have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money;
• Are personal to your account and cannot be transferred, sold or shared;
• May be modified, limited or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account or device. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before making any in-app purchases.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services, which have their own terms and conditions. By using the Application, you also agree to be bound by the terms of these third parties where applicable:

5. Network, Device, and Usage Responsibility

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. This connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network operator. You are responsible for any costs associated with your internet or mobile data usage, including roaming charges where applicable.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that your device is functioning properly and remains sufficiently charged. If your device runs out of battery or experiences hardware or software issues, we cannot be held liable for any inability to use the Application.

Using a modified, “rooted” or “jailbroken” device may compromise security and may cause the Application to malfunction or stop working. We are not responsible for any problems that arise when using the Application on such devices.

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will always function without errors or interruptions;
• Any defects will be corrected immediately;
• The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions;
• The results or outputs generated in the Application (for example, subtitles or timing) will always be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or content;
• Loss of revenue or profits;
• Device damage or malfunction;
• Any issues caused by third-party services (Google Analytics, OneSignal, Adapty, or the app store).

Your sole and exclusive remedy in case of dissatisfaction with the Application is to stop using it and uninstall it from your device.

8. Updates, Changes and Termination

We may update or modify the Application and its features from time to time, or discontinue the Application entirely, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We may also modify these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Application. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, remove i
