1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Video Subtitle Maker mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Talip Böke (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Application you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License and Restrictions

The Application is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it. You agree that you will not:

The Service Provider does not store your full payment information and cannot directly issue refunds; any refund requests must be handled through the app store’s refund process where allowed by their policies.

You are responsible for any charges incurred through your account or device. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before making any in-app purchases.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. This connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network operator. You are responsible for any costs associated with your internet or mobile data usage, including roaming charges where applicable.

It is also your responsibility to ensure that your device is functioning properly and remains sufficiently charged. If your device runs out of battery or experiences hardware or software issues, we cannot be held liable for any inability to use the Application.

Using a modified, “rooted” or “jailbroken” device may compromise security and may cause the Application to malfunction or stop working. We are not responsible for any problems that arise when using the Application on such devices.

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
